Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

1.1  These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Sweepstakes Rules and any posted game rules, form a binding agreement between you and WaygerLimited ("Wayger", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing the platform or playing any game, you accept these Terms in full.

1.2  If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Wayger. Your continued use after any change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Excluded Territories

2.1  You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to hold an account. We may request proof of age at any time and suspend accounts pending verification.

2.2  Wayger is not available to residents of jurisdictions where sweepstakes gaming is prohibited. Redemption of prizes is further restricted in certain states and territories; the current list of excluded territories is maintained in the Sweepstakes Rules. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Wayger is lawful where you live.

2.3  Employees of WaygerLimited, its affiliates, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to redeem prizes.

3. Definitions

3.1  Chips are the platform's standard, free play-money currency. Chips have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed, and are used only for standard play.

3.2  Wager Credits are the promotional sweepstakes entries used in promotional play. Subject to these Terms and the Sweepstakes Rules, eligible Wager Credits may be redeemed for prizes once verification and minimum-play conditions are met.

3.3  Skins are cosmetic virtual items held in your Vault. On Wayger a skin is valued at a single published list value and is bought, sold and staked at that value, 1:1.

3.4  Vault means your on-platform holdings of skins and their combined list value.

4. Account Registration

4.1  You may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts, or using another person's account, is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of Wager Credits and prizes.

4.2  You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Your Warranties

By using Wayger you warrant that: (a) you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2; (b) the information you provide is true and belongs to you; (c) you are not accessing the platform from an excluded territory or by means of a VPN, proxy or other method intended to disguise your location; and (d) you are using Wayger for personal entertainment only and not on behalf of any third party.

6. Licence to Use the Platform

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access Wayger for your own entertainment, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, resell or commercially exploit any part of the platform, or use automated systems to interact with the games.

7. Chips, Wager Credits & the Vault

7.1  Chips are free play-money with no cash value and are never redeemable. Wager Credits are promotional entries and are not a deposit, balance, or store of monetary value; they cannot be bought back from us, transferred between accounts, or withdrawn as cash except through valid prize redemption.

7.2  Skins in your Vault are bought and sold at their published list value, 1:1, with no spread taken on a sale. The only price charged on a skin game is the game's stated door fee. Wayger may adjust a skin's published list value to reflect market conditions; such adjustments are not retroactive to settled rounds.

7.3  We may correct, void or reverse any entry, balance, skin or prize that results from an error, malfunction, or breach of these Terms.

8. Games & Fair Play

8.1  Every game publishes its return and the probabilities its payouts are derived from. Each result is generated from a committed, verifiable seed, and any settled round can be replayed from that seed. The published return is the return the game implements.

8.2  In the event of a conflict between a result displayed to you and the outcome recorded on our servers from the committed seed, the server record governs.

8.3  A malfunction voids all plays and pays affected by it. Where a round cannot be completed for reasons outside your control, the stake for that round is returned.

9. Promotions

Promotions, bonuses and challenges may be subject to additional rules published with them, including minimum-play requirements before Wager Credits become redeemable. We may vary, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Abuse of a promotion — including bonus collusion or the use of multiple accounts — may result in forfeiture of the promotion and related winnings.

10. No Purchase Necessary — Free Entry

No purchase is necessary to receive Wager Credits or to enter any sweepstakes, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Free Wager Credits are available through the on-platform methods and any postal request method described in the Sweepstakes Rules. All entries, however obtained, have an equal chance of winning.

11. Redemption of Prizes

11.1  Eligible Wager Credits may be redeemed for prizes subject to a minimum redemption amount, completion of any required play, and successful identity verification. Redemption is not available to players in excluded territories.

11.2  We may withhold or reverse a redemption pending investigation of suspected fraud, error, or breach of these Terms. Prizes are issued to the verified account holder only and may not be assigned to a third party.

12. Identity Verification (KYC)

We may require you to verify your identity, age, and location before or after redemption, including government-issued identification and proof of address. We may suspend account activity, including redemption, until verification is complete to our satisfaction. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

13. Responsible Social Play

Wayger is intended for entertainment. We offer tools to help you play responsibly, including session limits and self-exclusion. If you choose to self-exclude, we will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account during the exclusion period. If you feel your play is no longer fun, support is available at Gamingaddictsanonymous.org.

14. Fraud, Collusion & Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in fraud, money laundering, collusion, chip dumping, exploitation of errors, or any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage. We may investigate, freeze, void and reverse any activity we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive, forfeit related balances and prizes, and report unlawful conduct to the authorities.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on Wayger — including software, game logic, text, graphics, logos and the WAYGER name — is owned by or licensed to WaygerLimited and protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you. Third-party game and item names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

16. Third-Party Links & Service Availability

16.1  Wayger may link to third-party sites we do not control and for which we are not responsible.

16.2  We provide the platform "as available" and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and perform maintenance, at any time. We are not liable for losses arising from interruptions, latency, or connectivity issues outside our reasonable control.

17. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Wayger you consent to that processing.

18. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close your account, and withhold or void balances and prizes, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, provided false information, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, liability and dispute resolution — will continue to apply.

19. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

19.1  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayger is provided without warranties of any kind, and WaygerLimited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the value of prizes properly redeemable by you at the time the liability arose.

19.2  You agree to indemnify WaygerLimited against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

20. Not a Financial Institution

Wayger is not a bank or financial institution. Chips, Wager Credits and Vault values are not deposits, do not earn interest, and are not protected by any deposit-insurance scheme. No fiduciary or trust relationship is created by your use of the platform.

21. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

21.1  These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

21.2  Where permitted by law, disputes not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you and WaygerLimited waive the right to participate in any class or representative action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief for intellectual-property infringement.

22. Changes & Contact

22.1  We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the platform, and the "last updated" date above will change. Your continued use after a change means you accept it.
